Our Commitment to Quality
We strive to deliver high-quality printed products that meet industry standards. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team.
Complementary Reprints
We offer complimentary reprints for orders experiencing the following issues within 15 days of order completion:
- Printing Errors: Cutting errors exceeding 1/16", color variations over 5%, spots or blemishes, or finishing issues.
- Coating Issues: Peeling or delamination of laminates (up to 45 days after completion).
- Image and Font Issues: Missing, blurry, or illegible images or fonts (excluding user-caused errors).
- Bindery and Scoring: Incorrect or missing bindery or scoring (considered on a case-by-case basis).
How to Request a Reprint or Refund
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Review and Resolution: We'll review your inquiry and determine if a reprint, refund, or further information is needed.
- Possible Resolutions: If a defect is confirmed, we may offer:
- Rush reprint of the order.
- Full refund of the original order price.
- Store credit for future purchases.
Returning Your Order
If requested, you'll need to return the entire original order to the provided address within 15 days of the approved solution. Failure to return it may result in a charge to your credit card.
Refund Policy
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned order.
- Reprint Production: Rush production for approved reprints begins within one business day of receiving the returned product.
What Doesn't Qualify for Reprints or Refunds
- File Setup Errors: We are not responsible for errors in your submitted files (graphics, fonts, images, etc.) after final approval.
- Low-Resolution Files: Artwork submitted in low resolution or RGB color mode is not eligible for reprints.
- Transparency or Overprint Issues: Issues related to transparency or overprint in your files are not covered.
- "Experimental" Projects: We won't reprint orders approved "as-is" for potential issues.
- Turnaround Time Issues: Refunds or reprints are not offered for delays within our specified turnaround times.
File Approval and Proofing
- Final Approval Responsibility: You are responsible for approving the final artwork proof before printing.
- Proofing Process: We will send you a digital proof (PDF or JPEG) for final approval.
- Layered Files: Layered Photoshop (.psd) or Illustrator (.ai) files are available for an additional charge.
Production Errors Not Covered
- Color Shift During Conversion: Minor color shifts may occur when converting from RGB or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK.
- Errors in Uploaded Files: We don't make changes to customer files, so any errors like misspellings, graphics issues, or incorrect cuts remain your responsibility.
- Fuzzy or Distorted Images: Artwork below 300 DPI or not in CMYK mode may result in blurry or distorted prints.
- Color Matching: We don't guarantee exact color matching or specific ink density.
- Printability Issues: Products with UV coating are not writable. We recommend ordering a sample to test printability before placing a final order.
- Dated Materials: We are not responsible for delays caused by submitting time-sensitive materials.
Copyright and Unlawful Use
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use the images and other content you provide. We don't verify the legality of your artwork.
- Our Design Services: If we design your artwork, we guarantee the legal use of graphics, images, and fonts.
Additional Considerations
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- User Errors: We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information or actions taken by the customer.
- Abandoned Orders: Abandoned orders may not be eligible for refunds or reprints.
