Do I need to purchase a domain from SoCal Business Cards to use this service?
Yes. Personalized Domain Email Setup must be bundled with a domain purchased from SoCal Business Cards. We cannot configure email accounts on domains purchased elsewhere.


What is the difference between Forwarded Email and Integrated Email?

  • Forwarded Email allows you to receive messages sent to your domain email (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) and forwards them to your personal inbox. You cannot send or reply using the custom email.
  • Integrated Email allows full sending and receiving from your domain email through a supported provider like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others.


Can I reply to emails from my custom address with the Forwarded Email option?
No. Forwarding only supports receiving messages. To send or reply from your domain email, you’ll need to purchase the Integrated Email option.


What email providers do you support for integration?
We support most major email platforms including Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, and others. Some providers may have limitations or require additional configuration.


Can I add more than one custom email address?
Yes. Additional addresses can be added for an extra fee, depending on the type of email service you choose (Forwarded or Integrated).


Is this a one-time setup or an ongoing service?
The setup fee is a one-time cost. However, Integrated Email services may require ongoing payments depending on the email provider you choose.


Terms & Conditions

  • Domain Requirement: Personalized Domain Email Setup must be bundled with a domain purchased through SoCal Business Cards. Domains from third-party registrars are not supported for this service.
  • Service Types:
    • Forwarded Email ($25 per address): Email forwarding only. Sending/replying using the domain address is not supported.
    • Integrated Email ($125 per address): Includes full email setup (send/receive), subject to compatibility with your chosen email provider.
  • Account Access: You must provide access to your email provider and domain control panel if necessary to complete the integration. We will guide you through this securely.
  • Setup Timeline: Most email setups are completed within 1–3 business days, provided all required access is received.
  • Provider Compatibility: While we support most major providers, we cannot guarantee integration with unsupported or restricted email platforms. If your provider is incompatible, we will recommend alternatives.
  • Support: This service includes one-time setup only. Additional troubleshooting, configuration, or email migrations will be quoted separately.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the technical nature of domain and email setup services, all sales are final once work has begun or records have been modified.
