• Corners: Standard Square or Rounded Corners at 1/4" or 1/8"

• Size: 4.5" x 12" (Standard) | 4" x 12" | 6" x 11" | 6.25" x 9" | 6.25" x 11" | 6.5" x 9" | 8.5" x 7" | 8.5" x 7.5"

Please Submit Artwork at:

• Color: CMYK Mode

• Resolution: 300DPI

• File Type: Ai / PDF / PSD (Recommended) | JPEG / PNG / DOC (Not Recommended)

• Artwork Size: Add 1/8" Bleed to desired size, for example submit 4.5" x 12" as 4.625" x 12.125"

Shipping & Pickup:

• UPS Shipping: International One Rate® $15 for the first box and $10 for each additional
